摘要 为刺激我国经济快速发展,高速公路修建里程渐年提升,提高了交通运输的便利程度,从而吸引更多投资,对刺激当地经济快速增长有显著成效。在高速公路机电工程施工过程中,依据设计文件结合现场实际情况,把工程中的信息数字化、参数化、模块化后整合至BIM中,实现机电工程的信息化。对机电设施安装或者管线布设进行优化高速公路的智慧水平。实测效果表明,利用BIM技术,有效提升了高速公路机电工程目标控制水平。该文以某市运营期间的高速公路为例,引入BIM技术对机电设施进行管理,将设备信息录入后,对运维班组管理人员、监控班组管理人员及收费班组管理人员采用定期模拟操作后并进行业务考核。建立机电设备运行监测模型及相应紧急预案,利用前端采集系统、中间传输系统、后端服务系统,将采集的信息投射至GIS地图模型内为管理人员服务。 In order to stimulate the rapid development of China’s economy, the construction mileage of expressways has been gradually increased, improving the convenience of transportation, so as to attract more investment, which has a significant effect on stimulating the rapid growth of local economy. During the construction of expressway electromechanical engineering, according to the design documents and combined with the actual situation of the site, the information in the engineering is digitized, parameterized and modularized and integrated into BIM to realize the informatization of electromechanical engineering. Optimize the installation of mechanical and electrical facilities or pipeline layout to improve the intelligence level of expressway. The measured results show that the use of BIM Technology can effectively improve the target control level of expressway electromechanical engineering.Taking the expressway during the operation period of a city as an example, this paper introduces BIM Technology to manage electromechanical facilities. After entering the equipment information, it adopts regular simulation operation for the management personnel of operation and maintenance team, monitoring team and toll team, and carries out business assessment. Establish the operation monitoring model of electromechanical equipment and corresponding emergency plan, and use the front-end acquisition system, intermediate transmission system and back-end service system to project the collected information into the GIS map model to serve the managers.
