摘要
生态旅游养老是在推进康养旅游新业态和积极老龄化背景下出现的一种新型养老方式。发展生态旅游养老事业,首要任务是对当地生态旅游资源进行科学合理的评估。基于AHP层次分析法,从资源的景观价值、养老价值、环境优势、开发条件4个准则要素和25个指标因子构建了生态旅游养老资源开发评价指标体系,对黔西南州生态旅游养老资源的开发秩序进行了实证分析。研究表明:准则层各要素在评价体系中的重要程度为“环境优势>资源的养老价值>资源的景观价值>开发条件”,而实证分析结果按评价均值排序为“环境优势>资源的景观价值>开发条件>资源的养老价值”。因此,黔西南州在生态旅游养老资源开发过程中,首先,应充分发挥当地的环境优势,打造品牌效应;其次,重点挖掘资源的生态旅游养老价值,提高产业化程度;再次,充分挖掘资源的生态景观价值,加强特色化;最后,发挥政策倾斜优势,补足开发条件薄弱短板。
Ecotourism pension is a new pension mode emerging under the background of promoting the new business form of health tourism and active aging.To develop ecotourism for the elderly,the first task is to evaluate the local ecotourism resources scientifically and rationally.Based on analytic hierarchy process(AHP),the evaluation index system of ecological tourism elderly care resources development was constructed from four criteria elements and 25 index factors,including landscape value,pension value,environmental advantage and development conditions,and the development order of ecological tourism elderly care resources in Qianxinan Prefecture was empirically analyzed.The results show that:the importance degree of each element in the criterion layer in the evaluation system is"environmental advantage>endowment value of resources>landscape value of resources>development conditions",but from the empirical analysis results,the mean value of the evaluation of the four elements is ranked as"environmental advantage>landscape value of resources>development conditions>endowment value of resources".Therefore,in the process of developing ecological tourism endowment resources,first of all,we should give full play to local environmental advantages and build brand effect,and secondly,focus on exploiting the endowment value of ecological tourism resources,to improve the degree of industrialization;and thirdly,fully excavate the ecological landscape value of resources and strengthen the characteristic;finally,give full play to the advantages of preferential policies to make up for the weak development conditions.
