摘要
马克思伦理思想立足历史唯物主义的基本立场,对传统契约精神进行了超越。在经济全球化深入发展的国际环境和中国特色社会主义建设的现实需求下,文章重新审视契约精神的内涵、梳理其核心要义,进而对马克思伦理思想关于契约精神的观点予以阐释,最后结合时代背景对契约精神的继承和发展进行深度分析。旨在为新时代继承和弘扬契约精神,培育诚信意识、规则意识和权责意识提供借鉴。
Marx’s ethical thought surpasses the traditional contract spirit from the standpoint of historical materialism.Under in-depth development of economic globalization of the international environment and the realistic requirement of the construction of socialism with Chinese characteristics,this paper re-examines the connotation of the spirit of contract,sorts out its core essence to interpret contract spirit of Marx’s ethical thoughts.Finally,combined with the background of the times,an in-depth analysis of the inheritance and development of the contract spirit is carried out.It aims to provide reference for the inheritance and promotion of the spirit of contract as well as the cultivation of the consciousness of integrity,rules and rights and responsibilities in the new era.
