摘要
认知损耗是认知活动消耗认知能量而引起认知功能下降的过程,这是语文课堂教学效率低下的重要原因之一。在语文课堂中,认知损耗是广泛存在的。认知损耗的诱发原因和生理机制比较复杂,其具体类型可分多种。从共时性维度来看,认知损耗的本质是学生群体或师生共同注意力的分散,减损了专心投入的程度,最终造成教学、学习等效率的下降。从历时性维度看,语文课堂中的认知损耗指前一件事直接分散了后一件事中当事人的注意,降低了后一件事的完成效率。只有树立正确的态度和认识,采取有效的策略,才能减少语文课堂中的认知损耗现象。
Cognitive loss is the process that cognitive activities consume cognitive energy and cause the decline of cognitive function,which is one of the important reasons for the low efficiency of Chinese classroom teaching.In Chinese classroom,cognitive loss is widespread.The inducing causes and physiological mechanism of cognitive loss are complex,and its specific types can be divided into many kinds.From the synchronic dimension,the essence of cognitive loss is the distraction of the common attention of students or teachers and students,which reduces the degree of concentration,and finally leads to the decline of the efficiency of teaching and learning.From the diachronic dimension,cognitive loss in Chinese classroom refers to that the former event directly distracts the attention of the parties in the latter event and reduces the completion efficiency of the latter event.Only by establishing a correct attitude and understanding and adopting effective strategies can we reduce the cognitive loss in Chinese classroom.
