摘要
目的:脑脊液细胞标准化检测方法的临床检验中应用的价值分析。方法:选取在上海市嘉定区中医医院2019.9-2021.9期间治疗的100例脑脊液患者为研究对象,并且将患者随机分为实验组和对照组,在临床检验中分别采取脑脊液细胞标准化检测方法和脑脊液细胞手工计数法,比较两组患者细胞检测的精确度。结果:实验组患者红细胞均值为(2.93±0.16)%,白细胞为(2.61±0.12)%,对照组患者红细胞均值为(3.35±0.21)%,白细胞为(3.21±0.23)%,两组患者红细胞和白细胞之间是存在差异,P<0.05。结论:针对脑脊液细胞检验方法研究,采取脑脊液细胞标准化检测方法和脑脊液细胞手工计数法,二者均是有效的检验方案,但是采取脑脊液细胞标准化检测方法的更加便捷,准确度也较高,推广在脑脊液患者临床治疗检验中应用。
Objective:To analyze the value of clinical application of standardized detection methods for cerebrospinal fluid cells.Methods:100 cerebrospinal fluid patients treated in Jiading District Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from September 2019 to September 2019 were selected as the research object,and they were randomly divided into experimental group and control group.Standardized detection method of cerebrospinal fluid cells and manual counting method of cerebrospinal fluid cells were respectively adopted in clinical examination,and the accuracy of cell detection of the two groups of patients was compared.Results:In the experimental group,RBC was(2.93±0.16)%and WBC was(2.61±0.12)%,while in the control group,the mean RBC was(3.35±0.21)%and WBC was(3.21±0.23)%.There was a difference between RBC and WBC in the two groups,P<0.05.Conclusion:As for the cerebrospinal fluid cell test,the cerebrospinal fluid cell standardized detection methods and manual cerebrospinal fluid cell count method are both effective inspection plans,but the cerebrospinal fluid cell standardized detection method has high convenience and accuracy,which is promoted to be applied in the clinical treatment of patients with cerebrospinal fluid.
