摘要
恒压黑膜沼气池应用水封叠加连接工艺替代焊接工艺,用红泥塑胶材质出气口替代硬质材质出气口,克服了传统黑膜沼气池的漏气问题;应用多点粪污进、出料设计带动池内粪污无死角搅动,防止了粪污在池内出现“管道”现象,有效保障了池内发酵空间;应用静水压力原理均匀设计了多个锅型排泥口,实现了池内污泥的及时清除,并更新了池内粪污,提高了微生物活性;安装的应用液位差原理的XY-300S卸压装置实现了池内压力常年恒定在300 Pa;恒压黑膜沼气池克服了传统黑膜沼气池易漏气、易塌陷、污泥沉积板结等问题,有效提高了沼气池的使用寿命。
The air leakage problem of traditional black membrane biogas digester is overcome by replacing the welding process with water seal overlaying and substituting the hard material with RM-PVC in constant pressure black membrane biogas digester. Both the design of feed and the discharge of multi-point manure promote the agitation of manure in the biogas digester and effectively guarantee the fermentation space in the biogas digester. Numbers of pot-type discharge ports were designed based on the principle of hydrostatic pressure. Thus, it is able to instantly remove the sludge in the biogas digester and improve microbial activity. According to the liquid level difference principle, an XY-300S pressure relief device is developed to achieve the constant pressure in the biogas digester for 300 Pa. Therefore, the constant pressure black membrane biogas digester overcomes the problems of easy air leakage, easy collapse, sludge deposition and hardening of the traditional black film biogas digester, and effectively improves the service life of the biogas digester.
