摘要
目的观察针刺联合康复训练治疗儿童孤独症谱系障碍(ASD)的临床疗效。方法将54例ASD患儿按照随机数字表法分为2组,对照组28例予康复训练治疗,治疗组26例予针刺联合康复训练治疗。2组均治疗24周,比较2组治疗前及治疗12、24周孤独症行为量表(ABC)评分(包括感觉功能、交往能力、躯体运动、语言水平、生活自理能力)、儿童孤独症评定量表(CARS)评分变化情况,比较2组治疗前及治疗24周心理教育评定量表中文修订版(C-PEP)评分变化情况。结果治疗组治疗12、24周ABC感觉功能、躯体运动、语言水平、生活自理能力评分及总分与本组治疗前比较均下降(P<0.05),对照组治疗12、24周ABC感觉功能、躯体运动、语言水平评分及总分和治疗24周生活自理能力评分与本组治疗前比较均下降(P<0.05),且治疗组治疗24周ABC感觉功能、躯体运动、生活自理能力评分及总分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。2组治疗12、24周CARS评分与本组治疗前比较均下降(P<0.05),且治疗组治疗24周CARS评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。2组治疗24周C-PEP评分与本组治疗前比较均升高(P<0.05),但2组治疗24周组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论针刺联合康复训练治疗儿童ASD疗效确切,可明显改善患儿的行为和症状表现,尤其患儿的感觉功能、躯体运动、生活自理能力行为和CARS症状表现方面改善明显,促进患儿的心理发育。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training on children with autism spectrum disorder(ASD).Methods Totally 54 children with ASD were randomly assigned into treatment group(n=26)and control group(n=28).All patients were managed by rehabilitation training,and those in treatment group were additionally treated with acupuncture.Treated for 24 weeks,the aim was to compare autism behavior checklist(ABC)(sensory function,communication ability,physical movement,language level,and life self-care ability),childhood autism rating scale(CARS)on weeks 0,12 and 24;Chinese version of Psycho-Educational Profile(C-PEP)on weeks 0,24.Results Compared with before treatment,ABC(sensory function,physical movement,language level,and life self-care ability)scores on weeks 12,24 in treatment group were decreased(P<0.05);ABC(sensory function,physical movement,language level)scores on weeks 12,24 and life self-care ability score on week 24 in control group were decreased(P<0.05).On week 24,lower ABC(sensory function,physical movement,life self-care ability)scores were detected in treatment group than those in control group(P<0.05).CARS scores on weeks 12,24 in groups were decreased than those on week 0(P<0.05),CARS scores on week 24 in treatment group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05);C-PEP scores on week 24 in groups were increased(P<0.05),the difference was not statistically significant in the C-PEP scores on week 24 between groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The combined of acupuncture and rehabilitation training has a definite curative effect for ASD children,which is significantly capable of improving the behavior and symptoms,especially in sensory function,physical movement,life self-care ability and CARS symptoms,it can promote the psychological development.
