摘要
中医药在整体观念与辨证论治理论体系的指导下对糖尿病肾脏疾病具有独特的临床疗效。文章从六经气化理论探析糖尿病肾脏疾病的病机内涵,通过对六经的寒热、燥湿、气机升降关系进行深入探讨,认为糖尿病日久累及人体,造成六经气化无度,进而足少阴水火失济,肾精虚损,气血失调,络脉瘀阻,最终形成肾虚络瘀之证,导致糖尿病肾脏疾病的发生。总结出肾虚络瘀是该病关键病机,而六经气化失常,气血失调是其实质内涵。
Chinese medicine has a unique and curative effect on diabetic kidney disease under the guidance of integer concept and diagnosis and treatment theory system.This paper analyzed the pathogenesis of diabetic kidney disease from the theory of qi transformation of six-meridian.Through the deep discussion of the relationship among cold-heat,dryness-dampness and qi movements acending-decending,it is believed that long duration of diabetes affects the human body,resulting in the excess of the six meridians,which leads to the disharmony of water and fire in kidney meridian,the deficiency of kidney essence,the disorder of qi and blood,the stasis of collateral vessel,and finally the formation of the syndrome of kidney deficiency and collateral stasis,leading to the occurrence of diabetic kidney disease.It is concluded that kidney deficiency and collateral stasis is the key pathogenesis of this disease,meanwhile,qi transformaiton disorder of the six channels and disharmony of qi and blood are the essential connotations.
