摘要
SiCl_(4)是目前光纤预制棒生产用的主要原材料,和其它原材料相比,具有较高的饱和蒸汽压,较低的气化温度,生产工艺也非常成熟,而且其作为多晶硅产业的副产品,容易低廉获取,一直作为光纤预制棒的主要原料。对于SiCl_(4)的蒸发,目前各厂家采用的蒸发器类型和加热方式各有不同,本文通过对三种类型蒸发器的容积、加热温度、加热面积、蒸发面积、液位等方面的对比,最终确认加热面积及蒸发器液位是影响蒸发稳定性和拉丝1383衰减的最重要原因。最终通过这两个因素的调整,将预制棒的1383衰减控制正常。
SiCl_(4) is the main raw material for the production of optical fiber preform at present.Compared with other raw materials,SiCl_(4) has higher saturated vapor pressure,lower gasification temperature and mature production process.Moreover,as a by-product of polysilicon industry,it is easy and cheap to obtain,and has always been the main raw material of optical fiber preform.For the evaporation of SiCl_(4),the evaporator types and heating methods adopted by various manufacturers are different.This article will compare and analyze the evaporation effects of different types of evaporation tanks.By comparing the volume,heating temperature,heating area,evaporation area and liquid level of the three types of evaporation tanks,it is finally confirmed that the heating area and liquid level of the evaporation tank are the most important reasons affecting the evaporation capacity and wire drawing 1383 attenuation.Finally,through the adjustment of these two factors,the 1383 attenuation of the preform is controlled normally.
