摘要
针对外输泵变频柜在运行过程中频繁出现频率突变的故障问题,排查发现是控制盘的输入输出模拟量电流存在信号干扰,通过进一步分析,采用增加隔离式开关电源和隔离式安全栅的方式排除了控制盘的信号干扰。
In view of the frequent sudden change of frequency in the frequency conversion cabinet of export pump during operation,,it is found that the input and output analog current of the control panel has signal interference.Through further analysis,the signal interference of the control panel is removed by adding isolated switching power supply and isolated safety barrier.
