摘要
为了提高企业的绩效信息管理能力,满足大数据背景下社会发展对企业发展提出的要求,开展基于大数据的企业绩效信息管理平台构建的研究。从保证企业绩效评估的公平公正、提高企业绩效信息管理效率与综合水平两个方面,分析企业绩效信息管理平台构建的必要性。绘制基于大数据的企业绩效信息管理平台架构,分析平台中四个模块的主要功能与大数据应用方式。提出构建企业绩效信息管理数据库、优化企业管理平台绩效信息评价指标、完善人力资源绩效管理平台运营与保障体系三个方面完善平台功能,确保平台在企业中可以起到高效率管理绩效信息的作用。
In order to improve the performance information management capabilities of enterprises and meet the requirements of social development on the construction of enterprises under the background of big data, research on the construction of enterprise performance information management platforms based on big data has been carried out.It analyzes the necessity of constructing a corporate performance information management platform from two aspects:ensuring the fairness and justice of corporate performance evaluation, improving corporate performance information management efficiency and comprehensive level. This paper draws on the big data-based enterprise performance information management platform architecture, analyzes the main functions of the four modules in the platform and the big data application methods, proposes three construction strategies for building a corporate performance information management database, optimizing corporate management platform performance information evaluation indicators, and improving human resource performance management platform operations and guarantee systems. In this way, platform functions are improved to ensure that the platform can be used in the enterprise to achieve efficient management of performance information.
