摘要
目的探讨在急诊重症监护病房(EICU)实施重点环节管控模式对护理管理质量的影响,并对其应用价值进行分析。方法选择2019年10月—2021年11月乌兰察布市中心医院急诊科55名护理人员,将2019年10月—2020年10月实施常规管理记作实施前,将2020年11月—2021年11月实施重点环节管控记作实施后,观察实施前后的护理管理质量。结果实施后的急诊抢救响应、安全管理、夜间管理、急诊护理记录等护理管理质量指标评分较实施前显著提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论EICU实施重点环节管控的护理管理模式能够显著提升急诊抢救响应、安全管理、夜间管理、急诊护理记录等护理管理质量指标评分,提高急诊重症监护室的护理管理质量。
Objective To explore the impact of the implementation of key link management and control models in the emergency intensive care unit(EICU)on the quality of nursing management,and to analyze the application value.Methods From October 2019 to November 2021,55 nurses in the emergency department of Ulanqab Central Hospital were selected.The implementation of routine management from October 2019 to October 2020 was recorded as before implementation,and the implementation of key links from November 2020 to November 2021 was recorded as after implementation,and the quality of nursing management before and after implementation was observed.Results After the implementation,the scores of nursing management quality indicators such as emergency rescue response,safety management,night management,and emergency nursing records were significantly improved compared with those before the implementation,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The nursing management mode of implementing key links in EICU can significantly improve the scores of nursing management quality indicators such as emergency rescue response,safety management,night management,and emergency nursing records,improve the quality of nursing management in emergency intensive care units.
