“SPOC+微信”混合教学模式在医学生心血管内科学教学实践中的应用 被引量:3

摘要 心血管内科传统教学已不能满足新形势下教学需求,教学改革势在必行,大规模在线课教育蓬勃发展,我们在医学生心血管内科课堂教学中开展了大量的研究,探索新的教育教学方法。该文对联合应用小规模限制性在线课程(small private online course,SPOC)、学生利用网络自主学习,及微信等联络工具提供课前课后服务的混合教学方式进行深入探讨,通过实际教学案例以及教学效果评估,探讨该教学方法的优点及局限性,为心血管内科课程学习提供新的教学模式,对于心血管内科教学改革具有非常重要的现实意义。 The traditional teaching of cardiovascular medicine can no longer meet the teaching needs in the new situation,and teaching reform is imperative.Large-scale online class education is booming,and we have carried out a lot of research in the classroom teaching of cardiovascular medicine for medical students to explore new education and teaching methods.This paper makes an in-depth discussion on the blended teaching method of joint application of small-scale restricted online courses(SPOC),students'self-learning through the internet,and the WeChat and other contact tools to provide pre-class and after-class services.Through the actual teaching cases and teaching effect evaluation,the advantages and limitations of this teaching method are discussed,and a new teaching mode is provided for the course study of cardiovascular medicine,which has very important practical significance for the teaching reform of cardiovascular medicine.
