摘要
对含有传明酸、抗坏血酸葡糖苷、烟酰胺和羟乙基哌嗪乙烷磺酸的化妆品组合物进行美白功效研究。利用UVB照射3D黑素皮肤模型诱导黑色素生成,在模型表面涂抹测试样品。模型培养7天后,通过测试不同样品组皮肤模型的表观色度、黑色素含量和L^(*)值,对比不同样品组的美白功效。结果显示,与对照组相比,包含上述四个成分的化妆品组合物A能够显著降低UVB处理后皮肤模型的黑色素含量(P<0.01),同时显著提升皮肤模型L^(*)值(P<0.01)和表观色度。此外,含上述4个成分的化妆品组合物A的美白功效,显著优于只含有其中3个或2个成分的化妆品组合物B和C,表明化妆品组合物A具有优异的美白功效,且其4个成分间具有协同增效的作用。
The whitening efficacy of combinational cosmetic compositions containing tranexamic acid,ascorbyl glucoside,niacinamide and hydroxyethyl piperazine ethane sulfonic acid was evaluated.Melanogenesis in 3D skin model was induced by UVB irradiation,and the test samples were applied onto the skin model surface.After 7 days,apparent chromaticity,content of melanin and L^(*)value of different groups were compared.The results demonstrate that the combination A of all the four ingredients above could significantly reduce the melanin content in the UVB-treated skin model(P<0.01),and effectively improve L^(*)value(P<0.01)and skin apparent chromaticity.In addition,the whitening effect of the combination A containing four components is significantly better than that of combination B and combination C containing only 3 or 2 of them,indicating that the cosmetic combination A has excellent whitening efficacy with synergistic interaction among four ingredients.
