摘要
目的:分析颅脑磁共振成像在老年急性眩晕中的诊断意义。方法:选择2017年8月~2019年8月本院收治的256例急性眩晕老年患者为研究对象。对其开展颅脑MRI检查,分析诊断结果。结果:通过颅脑MRI检查阴性者共计190例。在此其中,突发性耳聋者共计14例、梅尼埃病者共计28例、后循环缺血者共计50例、迟发性膜迷路积水者共计8例、前庭神经炎者20例、偏头痛性眩晕者共计10例、6例患者为Hunt综合征,病因不明确者共计2例、良性阵发性位置性眩晕者共计52例。通过MRI检查异常者共计66例。在此其中小脑梗死者6例、小脑出血者2例、脑干梗死者6例、听神经瘤者6例、腔隙性脑梗者共计44例、脑萎缩者2例。在62例单纯性眩晕者之中,共8例患者核磁共振检查结果为异常,在此其中脑萎缩者共计2例、脑干梗死者共计2例、多发腔梗者共计4例。结论:针对于老年急性眩晕患者来讲,应用MRI检查拥有极高的价值,能高效地识别眩晕情况,控制漏诊与误诊现象产生,给后续的临床治疗带来条件。
Objective:To analyze the diagnostic significance of craniocerebral magnetic resonance imaging in senile acute vertigo.Methods:A total of 256 elderly patients with acute vertigo admitted to our hospital from August 2017 to August 2019 were selected as the research objects.Brain MRI was performed to analyze the diagnostic results.Results:A total of 190 cases were negative by MRI examination of the brain.In this among them,the sudden deafness is a total of 14 cases,meini patients a total of 28 cases,posterior circulation ischemia,a total of 50 cases of late-onset membrane water is lost a total of 8 cases,20 cases of vestibular neuritis,migraine headache,vertigo,a total of 10 cases,6 patients to Hunt syndrome,etiology is not clear in 2 cases,a total of 52 cases of benign paroxysmal positional vertigo.A total of 66 patients with abnormalities were examined by MRI.There were 6 cases of cerebellar infarction,2 cases of cerebellar hemorrhage,6 cases of brain stem infarction,6 cases of acoustic neuroma,44 cases of lacunar infarction,and 2 cases of brain atrophy.Among the 62 patients with simple vertigo,a total of 8 patients showed abnormal MRI results,including 2 patients with brain atrophy,2 patients with brain stem infarction,and 4 patients with multiple infarction.Conclusion:For the elderly patients with acute vertigo,the application of MRI examination has a very high value,can effectively identify vertigo,control the missed diagnosis and misdiagnosis phenomenon,to bring conditions for the follow-up clinical treatment.
