摘要
目的:分析研究不同根管填充程度治疗牙体牙髓病及对疼痛程度的具体影响。方法:随机选取2020年4月~2021年3月来本院治疗的牙体牙髓病患者100例,随机分为对照组和实验组,每组50例。对照组患者采用超量根管填充治疗,实验组患者采用适量根管填充治疗。实验结束后,对于两组患者治疗效果及患者治疗前后疼痛VAS评分进行对比分析,得出相应的研究结果。结果:实验组患者与对照组患者的治疗总有效率比较,明显实验组患者更高(P<0.05);治疗前,两组患者的VAS评分相比,差异不具有统计学意义(P>0.05),经过治疗后1d、治疗后1周、治疗后1个月,实验组患者的VAS评分更优于对照组患者(P<0.05);实验组患者的心理功能评分(86.52±4.18)分、生活状态评分(85.66±4.38)分、躯体功能评分(85.97±4.12)分与社会功能评分(85.71±5.46)分,相对比于对照组患者的心理功能评分(74.08±3.35)分、生活状态评分(74.46±3.11)分、躯体功能评分(73.12±3.08)分与社会功能评分(72.58±3.38)分明显更高(P<0.05)。结论:对牙体牙髓病患者,采用适量根管填充治疗方法,既能提高患者的痊愈和治疗有效率,又能够让患者疼痛的有效减轻,具有较为良好的临床应用效果。
Objective:To analyze and study the specific effects of different root canal filling degrees in the treatment of dental pulp disease and on pain.Methods:A total of 100 patients with dental pulp disease who came to our hospital for treatment from April 2020 to March 2021 were randomly selected and randomly divided into a control group and an experimental group,with 50 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were treated with excessive root canal filling,and the patients in the experimental group were treated with appropriate root canal filling.After the experiment,the treatment effect of the two groups of patients and the pain VAS score before and after treatment were compared and analyzed,and the corresponding research results were obtained.Results:Compared with the patients in the control group,the total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was significantly higher(P<0.05);before treatment,there was no significant difference in the VAS scores between the two groups(P>0.05);after 1 day of treatment,1 week after treatment,and 1 month after treatment,the VAS score of the experimental group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The scores of psychological function(86.52±4.18),living status(85.66±4.38),physical function(85.97±4.12)and social function(85.71±5.46)of the experimental group were compared with those of the control group.The scores of psychological function(74.08±3.35),life status(74.46±3.11),physical function(73.12±3.08)and social function(72.58±3.38)were significantly higher(P<0.05).Conclusion:For patients with endodontic diseases,appropriate amount of root canal filling can not only improve the patient's recovery and treatment efficiency,but also effectively reduce the pain of the patient,which has a relatively good clinical application effect.
