摘要
目的 采用网状Meta分析方法系统评价不同中成药治疗高血压合并冠心病的有效性。方法通过CNKI、WanFang Data、CBM、VIP、Embase、PubMed、the Cochrane Library、Web of science数据库检索建库至2020年12月不同中成药治疗高血压合并冠心病的随机对照试验(RCTs)、病例对照试验(CCTs)。通过Stata MP 16软件以临床总有效率、收缩压及舒张压、总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)为结局指标进行网状Meta分析并绘图。结果 最终纳入50项RCTs/CCTs,共7800例患者,包括10种不同中成药。网状Meta分析结果显示:治疗临床总有效率方面:注射剂可选用丹红注射液,口服药可选择脑心通胶囊、血脂康胶囊、麝香保心丸;降低收缩压方面:注射剂可选用丹红注射液,口服药可选择通心络胶囊、血脂康胶囊;降低舒张压方面:注射剂可选用丹红注射液,口服药可选择脑心通胶囊、通心络胶囊;改善HDL-C方面:可选用血脂康胶囊、通心络胶囊;降低LDL-C方面:注射剂可选用丹红注射液,口服药可选用血脂康胶囊、脑心通胶囊;改善TC方面,注射剂可选用丹红注射液,口服可选用麝香保心丸、血脂康胶囊;改善TG方面,注射剂可选用丹红注射剂,口服可选用血脂康胶囊、脑心通胶囊。结论 10种中成药能改善不同结局指标,但疗效排序差异大,因研究文献数量少,导致研究质量受限,上述结论仍需后续开展高质量、大样本、双盲随机试验加以论证。
Objective To systematically evaluate the efficacy of different Chinese patent medicines in treating hypertension with coronary heart disease by using network-Meta analysis.Methods The databases of CNKI,WanFang Data,CBM,VIP,Embase,PubMed,the Cochrane Library,Web of science were searched by computer,and the randomized controlled trial(RCT) of Chinese patent medicines in the treatment of hypertension with coronary heart disease was searched until December 2020.Using Stata 16.0 software,the total clinical effective rate,systolic and diastolic blood pressure,total cholesterol,triglycerides,high-density lipoprotein cholesterol,low-density lipoprotein cholesterol were taken as the outcome indicators for network Meta-analysis and mapping.Results 50 RCTs/CCTs were included,including 10 kinds of traditional Chinses medicine,including 7800 patients.The results of network meta-analysis showed that:in terms of clinical effective rate,Danhong injection can be used for injection,Xuezhikang capsule,Naoxintong capsules,Shexiang Baoxin pills can be chosen.In terms of reducing systolic blood pressure,Danhong injection can be used for injection,Xuezhikang capsule,and Tongxinluo capsules for oral medication.In terms of reducing diastolic blood pressure,Danhong injection can be used for injection,Naoxintong capsules,Tongxinluo capsules can be used for oral medication.In terms of improving high-density lipoprotein cholesterol,Xuezhikang capsule,Tongxinluo capsules can be chosen.In terms of reducing low-density lipoprotein cholesterol,Danhong injection can be used for injection,Xuezhikang capsule,and Naoxintong capsules for oral medication.Danhong injection can be used for injection,Xuezhikang capsule,Shexiang Baoxin pills can be used for oral medication in terms of reducing total cholesterol.Danhong injection can be used for injection,Xuezhikang capsule,and Naoxintong capsule in terms of reducing triglycerides for oral medication.Conclution The 10 Chinese patent medicines can improve these outcome indicators,but there is a large differ
