摘要
目的 研究青少年近视患者行阿托品防治的效果。方法 数据遴选本院2019年4月至2020年8月收治的84例青少年近视患者,按随机数字表法分为框架组(佩戴框架眼镜,n=42)、科研组(使用阿托品,n=42),对比两组的临床疗效。结果 治疗前两组瞳孔直径、屈光度、眼压、眼轴长度比较无差异(P> 0.05),治疗后与框架组比较,科研组瞳孔直径、屈光度增加,眼压更低,眼轴长度增长延缓更明显(P <0.05);科研组治疗有效率(97.62%)高于框架组(85.71%),科研组近视反弹率(7.14%)低于框架组(23.81%)(χ2=3.896、4.459,P=0.048、0.035);而两组的总不良反应发生率无差异,P> 0.05。结论 阿托品防治青少年近视可提高瞳孔直径、屈光度,达到预期疗效、保证用药安全,避免发生近视反弹现象。
Objective To study the effect of atropine prevention and treatment in adolescent myopia patients.Methods Data were selected from 84adolescent myopia patients admitted to our hospital from April 2019 to August 2020.They were randomly divided into frame group(wearing glasses,n=42) and research group(using atropine,n=42),the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results There was no difference in pupil diameter,diopter,intraocular pressure and axial length between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05),after treatment,compared with the frame group,the pupil diameter and diopter of the research group increased,the intraocular pressure was lower,and the growth of the axial length was delayed more obvious(P<0.05).The treatment effective rate(97.62%) of the research group was higher than that of the frame group(85.71%),and the myopia rebound rate of the research group(7.14%) was lower than that of the frame group(23.81%)(χ2=3.896,4.459;P=0.048,0.035);there was no difference in the incidence of total adverse reactions between the two groups,P>0.05.Conclusion The prevention and treatment of myopia with atropine can improve the pupil diameter and refractive power,achieve the expected curative effect,ensure the safety of medication,and avoid the occurrence of myopia rebound phenomenon.
