摘要
目的:观察姑息治疗联合安宁疗护在直肠肿瘤患者中的效果。方法:将20例直肠癌晚期老年患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各10例。观察组采用姑息治疗联合安宁疗护处理,对照组采用常规护理治疗。对比分析2组患者的护理效果。结果:观察组护理后临床总有效率达70%,明显高于对照组的30%;且生活质量评分明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论:采用姑息治疗联合安宁疗护模式,不仅能够增强临床治疗与护理效果,减少患者生理和心理的痛苦,更能够显著提高患者生活质量,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To investigate the efficacy of the improvement of quality life in rectal tumor patients through palliative treatment and meprobamate treatment & nursing.Methods Randomly divided20senior patients with late rectal cancer into observation group(10cases,received palliative treatment and meprobamate treatment & nursing)and control group(10cases,routine nurisng),and compared both groups’ nursing efficacy.Results In clinical total effective rate observation group was significantly higher than control group(70%vs 30%,P <0.05),and in quality of life,did so(P <0.05).Conclusion Palliative treatment plus meprobamate treatment & nursing model is not only enhance clinical treatment and nursing efficacy,but reduce patients’ physical and mental sufferings,and significantly lift their quality of life.It is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
