摘要
目的:探究中药肛肠熏洗剂熏洗坐浴对湿热下注型混合痔患者术后免疫球蛋白和血清干扰素的影响。方法:将94例湿热下注型混合痔患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组各47例。治疗组术后采用中药肛肠熏洗剂熏洗坐浴治疗,对照组术后采用高锰酸钾溶液熏洗坐浴治疗,连续治疗10d。观察比较2组血清免疫球蛋白IgG、IgM、IgA和血清干扰素含量。结果:术后1d,2组IgG、IgM、IgA和血清干扰素含量比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。术后10d,治疗组患者IgG、IgM和IgA含量分别为(11.52±1.21)mg/mL、(1.05±0.11)mg/L和(1.92±3.61)mg/mL,对照组含量为(10.41±1.15)mg/mL、(0.69±0.12)mg/L和(1.35±3.54)mg/mL,治疗组含量均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);治疗组患者血清干扰素含量为(39.61±2.45)pg/mL,高于对照组的(30.91±2.34)pg/mL,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论:中药肛肠熏洗剂熏洗坐浴可以有效改善湿热下注型混合痔患者术后免疫功能。
Objective To investigate the influence of TCM preparation for coloproctologically fumingwashing(shortly named as preparation)on postoperative Ig and serum interferon of the patients with mixed hemorrhoids in type of downward flow of damp-heat.Methods Randomly divided 94cases met above conditions into treatment group(47cases,after surgery,adopted the TCM preparation for sitz bath and fuming-wash)and control group(47cases,PP solution for doing so),the treatment lasting 10days,observed and compared both groups’ the levels of serum IgG,IgM,IgA,as well as of interferon.Results One day after surgery,above factors’ level had no statistical difference between the two groups(P >0.05);10days after surgery in treatment group the levels of IgG,IgM,and IgA were respectively(11.52±1.21)mg/mL,(1.05±0.11)mg/L,and(1.92±3.61)mg/mL,meanwhile,in control group,correspondly,(10.41±1.15)mg/mL,(0.69±0.12)mg/L,and(1.35±3.54)mg/mL,thus the difference between the two groups had statistical significance(P <0.05);in interferon level treatment group was higher than control group[(39.61±2.45)pg/mL vs(30.91±2.34)pg/mL,P <0.05].Conclusion Fuming-wash with the preparation can effectively improve postoperative immunofunction of the patients with mixed hemorrhoids in type of down-ward flow of damp-heat.
