摘要
采用冷轧无缝钢管制作环肋,并在其间灌注浆料,制成灌浆套筒。为研究冷轧无缝钢管灌浆套筒力学性能,制作27组灌浆套筒试件进行单向拉伸试验。根据研究结果,建议凸肋高度≤1.5mm。宜尽量将环肋均匀分布在套筒端部,不得向套筒中部过度延伸。为便于工厂制作,并考虑成本,宜尽量采用小高度、多数量的环肋形式。N4-D20-H1.0试件发生钢筋拉断破坏,且可承受较大的破坏荷载,经济效益最优。
The grouting sleeve uses cold-rolled seamless steel pipe to make ring ribs,and grout is poured between the ring ribs to connect the steel bars.In order to study the mechanical properties of the cold-rolled seamless steel tube grouting sleeve,27 groups of grouting sleeve specimens were made for uniaxial tensile tests.According to the research results,it is recommended that the height of the convex rib should be less than or equal to 1.5 mm.It is advisable to distribute the ring ribs evenly at the end of the sleeve as much as possible,and do not extend excessively to the middle of the sleeve.For the convenience of factory production and considering the cost,it is advisable to use the form of ring ribs with a small height and a large number as much as possible.The N4-D20-H1.0 specimen has steel bar tensile failure,and can withstand a large failure load,with the best economic benefits.
