摘要
【目的/意义】随着互联网与智能手机的普及,移动图书馆逐渐成为信息获取的重要来源之一。本研究旨在探讨影响移动图书馆用户社区服务中用户参与的因素问题。【方法/过程】本研究构建了基于使用和满足理论(U&G)的模型来解释用户满足和用户参与之间的因果关系。通过在线调查和验证性分析对理论模型进行了检验。结合调查和数据分析,本文验证了相关的研究假设。【结果/结论】结果表明,享乐满足、技术满足、实用满足和社会满足对用户参与均有显著影响。【创新/局限】研究发现用户参与已经成为移动图书馆用户社区发展中的关键问题,用户通过移动图书馆构建虚拟用户社区融入该群体的社会服务。研究通过影响移动图书馆用户因素的分析为移动图书馆用户社区建设提供了政策启示及理论支撑。
【Purpose/significance】With the popularization of Internet and smart phone,mobile library has gradually become one of the important sources of information access.The purpose of this study is to explore the factors influencing user participation in mobile library community services.【Method/process】This study constructed a model based on uses and gratifications theory(U&G)to explain the causal relationships between user gratifications and user engagement.An online survey and a confirmatory analysis were used to test the theoretical model.【Result/conclusion】Through investigation and data analysis,we validated all the research hypotheses.The results showed that hedonic gratification,technology gratification,utilitarian gratification and social gratification all had significant influence on user engagement【Innovation/limitation】It is found that user participation has become a key issue in the development of mobile library user community.Users construct virtual user community through mobile library to integrate social services.This study provides policy enlightenment and theoretical support for the construction of mobile library user community by analyzing the factors affecting mobile library users.
