摘要
为了充分利用兰炭尾气资源作为燃料的价值,通过对兰炭尾气利用工艺的改良与探索,利用兰炭尾气进行发电、制备合成氨、天然气、甲醇等工艺。同时解决兰炭尾气燃烧后产生的硫化物、氮氧化物大气污染等问题,通过对兰炭尾气进行发电环保工艺的分析选择、实际运行方式调整及实际运行参数的深入研究,证明了兰炭尾气锅炉采用的低氮燃烧器和SCR脱硝的工艺可以使排放量满足国家排放要求,同时满足经济性优化。
In order to make full use of the value of blue carbon tail gas resources as fuel,through the improvement and exploration of the utilization process of blue carbon tail gas,blue carbon tail gas is used for power generation,synthetic ammonia,natural gas and methanol.At the same time,in order to solve the problems of sulfide,nitrogen oxide and air pollution caused by the combustion of blue carbon tail gas,this paper analyzes and selects the environmental protection process of power generation,adjusts the actual operation mode and deeply studies the actual operation parameters,it is proved that the low nitrogen burner and SCR denitration process adopted by the blue carbon tail gas boiler can make the emission meet the national emission requirements and meet the economic optimization at the same time.
