摘要
模拟实际施工条件,研究了喷涂速凝橡胶沥青防水涂料涂膜厚度、环境温湿度、涂膜污染程度和光照等因素对涂料与后浇混凝土剥离强度的影响。结果表明,剥离强度随着涂膜厚度的增加先增大后减小,涂膜的最佳厚度为1.5~2.0 mm;随着温度降低,剥离强度逐渐减小;潮湿环境对剥离强度反而有促进作用;泥沙污染和光照后剥离强度会减小。
By simulating the actual construction conditions,the article studies effects of coating thickness,environmental temperature and humidity,coating pollution level and light on peel strength between sprayed quick setting rubber asphalt waterproofing coating and post-cast concrete.The results show that the peel strength first increased and then decreased with the increase of film thickness,and the optimum film thickness is 1.5~2.0 mm;the peel strength decreases with the decrease of temperature;wet environment can promote the peel strength;the peeling strength will decrease with sediment pollution and illumination.
