摘要
目的采用前瞻性的随机对照临床研究方法系统性评价升阳健脾汤联合中药治疗溃疡性结肠炎的效果。方法选取2019年1月-2020年11月于大连市中医医院病房及门诊接受治疗的50例溃疡性结肠炎患者作为研究对象,随机分组为试验组和对照组,每组25例。对照组应用美沙拉嗪肠溶片口服及美沙拉秦灌肠液灌肠治疗,试验组在对照组的基础上应用自拟中药复方升阳健脾汤联合止痛散治疗,比较2组的中医证候积分和临床治疗效果。结果经过治疗后试验组中医证候积分低于对照组,总有效率高于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论自拟中药升阳健脾汤联合止痛散治疗溃疡性结肠炎患者可以改善患者的肠黏膜状态、减轻局部炎症反应,改善患者临床症状,安全有效,可以推广应用。
Objective To systematically evaluate the effect of Shengyang Jianpi decoction combined with Chinese medicine in the treatment of ulcerative colitis.Methods A total of 50 patients with ulcerative colitis in Dalian Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2019 to November 2020 were selected and randomly divided into control group and experimental group,25 cases in each group.The control group was treated with mesalazine enteric-coated tablets orally and mesalazine enema,while the experimental group was treated with self-made Chinese medicine compound Shengyang Jianpi decoction combined with Zhitong powder on the basis of western medicine group.the TCM syndrome score and clinical treatment effect of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the TCM syndrome score of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group,and the total effective rate was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Shengyang Jianpi decoction can improve the state of intestinal mucosa,reduce local inflammatory reaction and improve the clinical symptoms of patients with ulcerative colitis.
