摘要 目的观察人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)感染对机体免疫功能的影响。方法选择2020年6月至2021年6月在成都医学院附属内江市第一人民医院门诊经HPV基因分型检测为阳性的80例患者作为HPV感染组,根据HPV亚型感染构成将其分为高危16/18组(n=21)、高危非16/18组(n=48)和低危组(n=11);另选择同期在本院体检的健康人群80例并经HPV检测为阴性者作为对照组。运用聚合酶链式反应(PCR)-膜杂交法、流式检测技术、酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)对14个细胞因子、淋巴细胞亚群和体液免疫功能的变化进行组间比较,分析机体感染HPV后免疫功能变化的差异。结果白细胞介素-8(IL-8)水平在3组感染HPV不同亚型中均明显低于对照组,且高危组比低危组降低更明显,高危组16/18组低于高危非16/18组(P<0.05)。肿瘤坏死因子β(TNF-β)水平在HPV感染组中明显高于对照组,且低危组明显高于高危组(P<0.05)。补体4(C4)水平在3组感染HPV不同亚型中均明显高于对照组,且高危16/18组明显高于高危非16/18组和低危组(P<0.05)。免疫球蛋白G(IgG)在3组HPV感染中均明显高于对照组,且低危组高于高危16/18组和高危非16/18组(P<0.05)。结论HPV不同亚型感染时,机体细胞因子IL-8、TNF-β和体液免疫中C4、IgG抗体有明显差异,可为临床诊疗提供依据。 Objective To investigate the effect of human papillomavirus(HPV)infection on immune function.Methods A total of 80 patients with positive HPV genotyping in the outpatient department of Neijiang First People’s Hospital Affiliated to Chengdu Medical College from June 2020 to June 2021 were selected as the HPV infection group.They were subdivided into high-risk 16/18 group(HPV 16 and 18 subtypes,n=21),high-risk non-16/18 group(other high-risk HPV subtypes except 16 and 18,n=48)and low-risk group(n=11)according to HPV gene subtypes.In addition,80 HPV negative people in the normal physical examination population in our hospital in the same period were selected as the control group.Polymerase chain reaction(PCR)-membrane hybridization,flow cytometry and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA)were used.The changes of 14 cytokines,lymphocyte subsets and humoral immune function were detected and compared among groups.And the differences of immune function after HPV infection were analyzed.Results The level of interleukin-8(IL-8)in the three HPV infection groups was significantly lower than that in the control group,and it was lower in the high-risk groups than that in the low-risk group,and it was lower in the high-risk 16/18 group than that in the high-risk non-16/18 group(P<0.05).The level of tumor necrosis factorβ(TNF-β)in the three HPV infection groups was significantly higher than that in the control group,and it was higher in the low-risk group than that in the high-risk groups(P<0.05).The level of complement 4(C4)in the three HPV infection groups was significantly higher than that in the control group,and it was higher in the high-risk 16/18 group than that in the high-risk non-16/18 group and low-risk group(P<0.05).The level of immunoglobulin G(IgG)in the three HPV infection groups was significantly higher than that in the control group,and it was higher in the low-risk group than that in the high-risk 16/18 group and the high-risk non-16/18 group(P<0.05).Conclusion There are significant differences in cytoki
