摘要
Graves眼病是一种与甲状腺疾病相关的自身免疫性疾病。检索近年中国知网和PubMed数据库中治疗Graves眼病的临床研究文献,发现中医疗法不仅能够有效减轻患者眼球突出、眼内胀痛、眼睑水肿等症状,还具有不良反应少、有效率高、安全性评价好等优势。本文通过对中药治疗活动期、非活动期Graves眼病,以及单纯针刺、针刺联合刺络放血、穴位按摩、中西药物、电针等疗法的临床研究进行归纳整理,旨在为临床治疗提供思路及有益的参考,并针对目前研究现状及存在的问题提出了新的研究方向与建议。
Graves ophthalmopathy is an autoimmune disease related to thyroid diseases.This study reviewed the clinical research literature of Graves ophthalmopathy in the databases of CNKI and PubMed in recent years,it is found that TCM therapy can not only effectively alleviate exophthalmos,intraocular pain and eyelid edema,but also has the advantages of less adverse reactions,high effective rate and good safety.This study summarized the clinical research on the treatment of Graves ophthalmopathy in active and inactive period with Chinese medicinal,as well as simple acupuncture,acupuncture combined with bloodletting by pricking collaterals,acupressure,Chinese and western medication,as well as electro-acupuncture,in order to provide ideas and useful reference for clinical treatment of the disease.In addition,this study also put forward new research directions and suggestions according to the current research situation and existing problems.
