基于岭回归的电力生产严重违章产生因素的影响程度分析 被引量:1

摘要 随着新《安全生产法》实施,国家对电力企业安全生产提出了更高的要求,电力企业对安全监督的力度日趋增大,为了解决监督资源短缺以及调配不当的现实问题,需要研究导致严重违章中各因素的影响程度,以期获得合理调配监督资源的依据。为避免多重共线性对分析模型的影响,本文运用岭回归方法,研究YN电力公司违章中承包商作业、无三种人资质作业及高中风险作业3个因素对发生严重违章的影响程度,最后利用回归结果提出监督资源的调配依据。 With the implementation of the new“Production Safety Law”,the state has put forward higher requirements for the production safety of electric power enterprises.Also the safety supervision of electric power enterprises is increasing day by day.Therefore,in order to solve the shortage of supervision resources and improper allocation,it is extremely significant to study the importance of factors that lead to serious violations and reasonably adjust supervision resources.Meanwhile to avoid the influence of multicollinearity on the analysis model,the ridge regression method is used to study the influence degree of the contractor’s operation in YN power company’s illegal operation,the operation without three kinds of personnel qualifications and the high school risk operation on the occurrence of serious violations,thus providing the direction of the supervisory resources.
