摘要 随着机电液一体化技术的快速发展,液压系统工作时所能达到的动态响应特性和控制特性已成为该领域的技术人员需要重点突破的难题。该文简述了液压系统及仿真技术现状,并简要介绍了目前常用的国内外液压仿真软件。然后,基于MATLAB/Simulink软件通过对阀控非对称缸系统进行动力学分析,建立了该系统的非线性状态空间数学模型。其次,利用开环系统仿真来反映阀控非对称缸系统在伺服阀电压信号变化下的实际运行情况。最终,采用PID算法对系统进行闭环控制来对其跟踪性能进行分析。对液压系统进行仿真分析,为研究实际液压系统的动态响应特性和控制特性提供理论分析基础。 With the rapid development of mechatronic-hydraulic integration technology,the dynamic response characteristics and control characteristics that can be achieved in hydraulic system operation have become a challenge for technicians in this field.The paper reviews the current status of hydraulic system and simulation technology,and briefly introduces the commonly used domestic and foreign hydraulic simulation software.Then,a nonlinear state-space mathematical model of the valve-controlled asymmetric cylinder system is established based on MATLAB/Simulink for dynamic analysis of the system.Next,the open-loop system simulation is used to reflect the actual operation of the valve-controlled asymmetric cylinder system with the change of servo valve voltage signal.Finally,a PID method is used for the closed-loop control of the system to analyze its tracking performance.Simulation analysis of hydraulic systems is performed to provide a theoretical analysis basis for studying the dynamic response characteristics and control characteristics of actual hydraulic systems.
