摘要
针对当前仓储作业存在发货准确率低、进出货效率差等问题,为促进仓储物流企业的发展,本文引入物联网(Internet of Things,IoT)网技术,开展对智能仓储作业平台的设计研究。通过硬件集成和入库办理、出库办理、移库办理、盘点办理等软件设计,提出一种全新的仓储作业平台。通过对比实验的方式,针对新的平台与基于数据融合的平台进行对比。实验结果表明,新的仓储作业平台具备更高的发货准确率以及进出库效率,将该平台应用于实际可助力仓储物流企业智慧供应链管理水平的全面提升。
In order to promote the development of warehousing and logistics enterprises, this paper introduces the Internet of Things(IoT) technology to carry out the design and research of intelligent warehousing operation platform. A new storage operation platform is proposed through hardware integration and software design such as warehousing, outbound, warehouse transfer and inventory. Through comparative experiments, the new platform is compared with the platform based on data fusion. The experimental results show that the new warehousing operation platform has higher delivery accuracy and warehousing efficiency. The application of the platform in practice can help to comprehensively improve the intelligent supply chain management level of warehousing and logistics enterprises.
