摘要
2’G岩藻糖基乳糖(2’Gfucosyllactose,2’GFL)是母乳中含量最高的一种低聚糖,不能被机体直接消化,但能够被肠道菌群利用,进而影响肠道健康.目前美国食品药品监督管理局(U.S.Foodand Drug Administration,FDA)和欧洲食品安全局均已批准2’GFL可作为婴幼儿配方乳粉和普通食品的添加成分,但在国内尚未获得相应许可.本文从肠道菌群、肠道屏障、肠道免疫系统角度综述了近年来2’GFL对肠道健康影响的研究进展.2’GFL对肠道菌群具有显著调节作用,尤其是能够特异性促进部分双歧杆菌(Bifidobacterium)菌种的增殖;同时可通过促进肠上皮细胞分化和紧密连接蛋白表达来保护肠道屏障的完整性;此外,动物实验和临床研究均发现2’GFL具有维持肠道免疫稳态和促进免疫成熟的功效.
2'-fucosyllactose(2'-FL)is one of the most abundant oligosaccharides in breast milk of human.which is resistant to digestion and can reach the colon where it is fermented to afect intestinal health.2'-FL has been authorized to be used as a nutritional supplement for infant formula and ordinary food in America and Europe,but its application has not yet been approved in China.This paper aims to discuss the efect of 2'-FL on the gut microbiota,intestinal barrier and intestinal immunity.A number of studies indicated that 2'-FL reshape the composition of gut microbiota.especially by promoting the proliferation of Bi fidobacterium.2'-FL maintains the intestinal barrier integrity by increasing the expression of intestinal epithelial tight junction protein and promoting the differentiation of intestinal epithelial cells.In addition.2'-FL has been shown to maintain the homcostasis of intestinal immunity and promote intestinal immunity maturation in both animal and clinical researches.
