摘要
基于CATIA中的电子样机模块分析了整车总布置校核过程中存在的问题,首次提出了一种整车总布置电子样机智能校核方法,包括整车三维模型数据完整性管控和间隙智能校核方法,同时基于该方法开发了一套整车数据智能校核工具。该工具有效解决了国外工业软件在国内车企关键场景应用不便捷、不适配的问题,如电子样机模块无法进行整车三维模型数据完整性检查、无法对成对特定名称零部件之间的间隙进行批量检查以及无法导出检查结果等问题。该方法极大地提高了整车总布置校核的效率和准确性。
Based on the digital mock up module in CATIA,this paper analyzes the problems in the vehicle general layout verification process,and proposes a vehicle general layout digital mock up intelligent verification method for the first time,including the three-dimensional vehicle model data integrity control and gap intelligent checking method.At the same time,a set of intelligent verification tools for vehicle data was developed based on this method.This tool effectively solves the problem of inconvenient and unsuitable application of foreign industrial software in key scenarios of domestic car companies.For example,the digital mock up module cannot perform the complete vehicle 3D model data integrity check,and the gap between pairs of specific name components cannot be batch checked.Apart from this,these tools also can solve the problem that the inspection results cannot be exported.This method greatly improves the efficiency and accuracy of the overall vehicle layout verification.
