基于在线评论考虑潜在用户需求的产品创新方案识别研究 被引量:14

摘要 [目的/意义]作为获取创新信息的重要渠道,潜在用户需求的在线评论对精准识别未来产品的创新方案至关重要。文章依托多维技术创新地图提出一种基于在线评论考虑潜在用户需求的产品创新方案识别方法。[方法/过程]首先,利用STM从在线评论文本中提取潜在用户需求信息;其次,借助概率语义术语集将需求信息转化为面向产品技术模块的创新要素并进行权重排序;然后,运用多维技术创新地图对创新要素进行维度划分,与多个创新法则耦合迭代,生成系列产品创新方案;最后,以航拍无人机为例验证了该方法的可行性。[结果/结论]应用结果表明,提出的产品创新方案识别方法能够为企业精准高效开展产品创新活动提供科学的决策参考依据。 [Purpose/significance]As an important channel to obtain innovation information,online comments on the needs of potential users are very important to accurately identify the innovation schemes of future products.Therefore,this paper proposes a product innovation scheme identification method based on online comments and considering the needs of potential users.[Method/process]Firstly,STM is used to extract potential user demand information from online comment text;secondly,with the help of probabilistic semantic term set,the demand information is transformed into innovation elements for product technology module,and the weight ranking is carried out;then,the multidimensional technological innovation map is used to divide the dimensions of inno-vation elements,couple and iterate with multiple innovation laws,and generate a series of product innovation schemes;finally,the feasibility of this method is verified by taking aerial UAV as an example.[Result/conclusion]The application results show that the product innovation scheme identification method proposed in this paper can provide scientific decision-making reference for en-terprises to carry out product innovation activities accurately and efficiently.
