摘要
网络表达是体现网民个体话语权利与自由的形式之一,却常常演变为群体性网络暴力——“平庸之恶”,具体表现为泄露隐私、语言群体极化、暴力语言、谣言和不实言论等,造成极大的个体伤害与社会破坏。从伦理学视角来看,其成因是网民心性道德的不足或缺失,在言语行为上表现为言语道德意识薄弱,言语道德义务感不足,言语道德认知匮乏,言语道德智慧欠缺等。本文将结合中国传统心学理论和现代语言义务伦理,尝试用“仁爱”“敬义”“遵礼”“明智”四种道德感情与道德义务设立一道道德屏障,阻止网络表达滑向“平庸之恶”的深渊。
Cyber-expression is one of the forms that reflect the individual discourse rights and freedom of netizens,but it often evolves into group network violence-the“banality of evil”,which is specifically manifested as the disclosure of privacy,language group polarization,violent language,rumors and untrue speech,resulting in great individual injury and social damage.From the perspective of ethics,the cause is the lack of psychological morality of netizens.In speech acts,it is manifested as weakness of speech moral consciousness,lack of speech moral obligation,lack of speech moral cognition,lack of speech moral wisdom,etc.Combining the traditional Chinese psychology theory and modern language obligation ethics,this paper attempts to set up a moral barrier with four moral emotions and moral obligations such as“being benevolent”,“respecting righteousness”,“observing proprieties”and“being intelligent”,so as to prevent cyber-expression from sliding into the abyss of“banality of evil”.
