摘要
目的新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情防控常态化要求下,提前落实空勤疗养保障干预措施,对比疫情前后疗养员满意度情况,明确干预措施落实的可行性。方法对空军杭州特勤疗养中心(以下简称“中心”)2019年三、四季度和2020年三、四季度共3681份疗养满意度进行对比分析。结果疫情前后疗养总体满意度均在3.90分以上,整体满意度较高;文化娱乐活动疫情前3.91分、疫情后3.95分;生活保障配套疫情前3.79分、疫情后3.93分;疗养餐厅环境和伙食质量疫情前3.87分、疫情后3.94分,以上三项满意度疫情后高于疫情前。结论通过提前调整落实疗养干预措施,使空勤疗养员整体满意度和个别项目满意度高于新冠肺炎疫情前,干预措施落实有效。
Objective To implement the aviation service convalescent support intervention measures in advance,compare the satisfaction of convalescents before and after the epidemic,and clarify the feasibility of the implementation of the intervention measures under the normalization requirements for the prevention and control of the COVID-19 epidemic.Methods A comparative analysis was conducted on 3681 convalescence satisfaction questionnaires of Hangzhou Special Service Convalescent Center of our air force(hereinafter referred to as the“center”)in the third and fourth quarters of 2019 and the third and fourth quarters of 2020.Results The overall satisfaction of recuperation before and after the epidemic was above 3.90,indicating high overall satisfaction.Cultural and recreational activities scored 3.91 before and 3.95 after the epidemic;Life support package scored 3.79 before the epidemic and 3.93 after the epidemic;The scores of environment and food quality of sanatorium restaurants were 3.87 and 3.94 respectively before and after the epidemic,which were higher after the epidemic than before.Conclusion Through adjusting and implementing the convalescent intervention measures in advance,the overall satisfaction degree and individual item satisfaction degree of air convalescent staff are higher than before the COVID-19,and the implementation of the intervention measures is effective.
