探讨心血管内科冠心病患者的饮食健康及护理对策

摘要 目的:深入研究心内科冠心病患者饮食健康及护理方法,从而采取实施饮食健康管理及护理措施干预,对患者的认知评分、心理健康情况进行分析。方法:选取四川省宜宾市第一人民医院2019年12月至2021年12月期间收治的心内科冠心病患者60例,随机分为研究组和对照组。研究组给予饮食健康护理(n=30),对照组给予常规护理(n=30)。对比实施护理后两组患者认知评分、心理健康情况。结果:干预期结束后,研究组心内科冠心病患者认知评分、心理健康情况显著优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:临床针对心内科冠心病患者实施饮食健康管理及护理干预后,可有效改善患者认知评分、心理健康情况,故方案值得推广。 Objective:The dietary health and nursing methods of coronary heart disease patients in the department of Cardiology was deeply studied,so as to take the intervention of dietary health management and nursing measures to analyze the cognitive score and mental health of patients.Method:60 patients with coronary heart disease in cardiology department admitted from december 2019 to december 2021 were selected and randomly divided into study group and control group.The study group was given dietary health care (n=30) and the control group gave usual care (n=30).The cognitive scores and mental health of the two groups after the nursing implementation were compared.Result:After the intervention period,the cognitive score and mental health of patients with coronary heart disease were significantly better than the control group.The differences were all statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:Diet health management and nursing intervention for clinical cardiology patients can effectively improve their cognitive score and mental health status,so the program is worth promoting.
