摘要
为解决传统Stöber法制备的SiO_(2)微球粒径不易调控且尺寸难以突破微米级的问题,首先采用溶剂调控法合成了均匀亚微米级SiO_(2)悬浊液(种子溶液),然后通过种子生长法制备大粒径的微米级SiO_(2)微球。测试与分析结果表明,SiO_(2)微球粒径为300~1600 nm,尺寸均匀可控;匀速加料有助于提高微球的均匀性。该方法具有低成本、可重复操作的优势。
In order to solve the problem that the size of SiO_(2) microspheres prepared by the traditional Stöber method is difficult to control and the size is difficult to break through the micron level,the study firstly synthe⁃sizes uniform sub-micron SiO_(2) microspheres(seeds)by solvent varying method,then micro-sized SiO_(2) micro⁃spheres with large particle size are prepared by the seeded growth method.The results show that the particle size of microspheres is 300~1600 nm,and the size is uniform and controllable in the submicron-micron size.Uniform addition is helpful to improve the uniformity of microspheres.This method features low cost and high reproducibility.
