摘要
近年来,我国建设资源节约型、环境友好型社会,在相关“十三五规划”中提出节能、节水要求,提出推动中低品位余热余压资源回收利用,将工业低品位余热资源创新性地应用于城市集中供热等。针对脱硫后烟气所含大量低品位余热,本文采用填料塔的方式,研究了填料塔内烟气-水换热过程,进行了节能节水技术研发,并利用Aspen Plus仿真软件对填料塔-吸收式热泵耦合技术路线进行了研究。
In recent years,China has been building a resource-saving and environment-friendly society.In the relevant“13th five year plan”,it puts forward the requirements of energy saving and water saving,promoting the recovery and utilization of low-grade waste heat and pressure resources,and innovatively applying industrial low-grade waste heat resources to urban central heating.In view of the large amount of low-grade waste heat contained in the flue gas after desulfurization,this paper studies the flue gas water heat transfer process in the packed tower by means of packed tower,carries out the research and development of energy-saving and water-saving technology,and studies the coupling technology route of packed tower absorption heat pump by using Aspen Plus simulation software.
