摘要
由于中俄两国文化、国情及设计标准规范不同,在中俄设计项目的工作过程中,有不少问题需要注意。论文从建筑设计资质、设计合作方式、俄方技术配合取费、法律责任的分配、设计文件的编制方式、设计文件的报批、初步设计的风险规避、项目的沟通与协调这几方面对俄罗斯工业与民用建筑项目设计管理工作进行了介绍。
Due to the differences in culture,national conditions and design standards between China and Russia,there are many problems that need to be paid attention to in the process of design projects between China and Russia.This paper introduces the design and management of Russian industrial and civil construction projects from the following aspects:architectural design qualification,design cooperation mode,Russian technical cooperation fee,distribution of legal liability,design document preparation method,design document approval,risk avoidance of preliminary design,project communication and coordination.
