摘要
早期建设的高速公路,其使用功能逐年下降,部分高速公路通过大中修已无法满足现行规范技术标准,需要通过改扩建进行升级改造,从而产生大量旧路设施资源。论文结合河北新元高速公路改扩建设计工程,分析了交通设施的使用现状及问题,列举循环利用方式,并以绿化设施循环利用为例,进行了循环利用经济效益评价。
The use function of the expressways built in the early stage has been declining year by year,and some expressways can no longer meet the current standard and technical standards through major and medium repair.It needs to be upgraded through renovation and expansion,thus produce a large number of old road facilities resources.Combined with Hebei Xinyuan Expressway reconstruction and extension design project,the paper analyzes the current situation and problems of the use of traffic facilities,lists recycling ways,and taking the recycling of green facilities as an example,the economic benefits of recycling were evaluated.
