摘要
为确定气吸式电驱动玉米高速精量排种器的各项性能,以Precision Planting公司生产的vSet排种器为研究对象,利用JPS-12播种性能检测试验台,以播种作业速度、真空度、吸孔直径为试验因素,以合格率、重播率、漏播率为评价指标,进行了单因素和多因素试验研究。结果表明:播种作业速度、真空度与吸孔直径均对排种器的排种质量均有所影响。通过对单因素试验结果的分析,明确了各因素对排种质量的影响规律。通过对三因素三水平正交试验结果进行极差和方差分析,确定了气吸式电驱动玉米高速精量排种器的较优参数组合为播种作业速度12km/h、真空度4kPa、吸孔直径5mm。在此条件下对其进行试验验证,合格率为95.53%,重播率为2.18%,漏播率为2.29%,满足玉米高速精量播种的要求,同时也为我国高速精量排种器的研发提供了思路。
In order to determine the performance of air suction electric driven high-speed precision corn metering device,this paper takes the vset metering device produced by precision planting company as the research object,uses jps-12 sowing performance test-bed,takes sowing operation speed,vacuum degree and suction hole diameter as test factors,takes qualified rate,replay rate Single factor and multi factor experiments were carried out with missed seeding rate as the evaluation index.The experimental results show that the sowing speed,vacuum degree and suction hole diameter all affect the seed metering quality of the seed metering device.Through the analysis of single factor test results,the influence law of various factors on seed metering quality is clarified.Through the range and variance analysis of three factor and three-level orthogonal test results,the better parameter combination of air suction electric driven corn high-speed precision seed metering device is determined as sowing speed 12km/h,vacuum degree 4kPa and suction hole diameter 5mm.It is verified by experiments under these conditions,The qualified rate is 95.53%,the rebroadcast rate is 2.18%,and the missed sowing rate is 2.29%.The results meet the requirements of high-speed precision sowing of corn,and also provide ideas for the research and development of high-speed precision metering device in China.
