摘要
针对大型轮式油菜割晒铺放机不适用于在我国南方丘陵水田进行铺放作业的问题,设计了一种割幅1500mm的小型油菜割晒铺放机,重点对自走式短节距履带底盘和割晒铺放台等关键部位进行了方案创新,研发了履带防脱轨装置、侧铺的三列同步输送夹持链装置和后铺的拨禾轮+对称式输送带装置,并进行了两种铺放方式的田间作业性能对比试验。结果表明:后铺式油菜割晒机可很好地适应丘陵水田油菜铺放作业需要,并为后续捡拾作业提供良好条件,其铺放角度差、留茬高度差和铺放总损失率等各项性能指标均达到要求,为解决丘陵水田油菜割晒铺放问题提供了新型装备。
Aiming at the problem that the large wheeled rape windrowing and placing machine is not suitable for paving operations in the hilly paddy fields in southern China,a small rape windrowing and placing machine with a cutting width of 1500mm was designed,focusing on thekey parts such as self-propelled short-pitch track and the chassis and windrowing paving platform have been innovated,and the track anti-derailment device,the three-row synchronous conveyor clamping chain device of the side bunk and the reel+symmetrical conveyor belt device of the rear bunk have been developed,and conducting a field performance comparison test of two laying methods.Experiments have shown that the rear-spread rape windrower can well adapt to the needs of rapeseed laying operations in hilly paddy fields and provide good conditions for subsequent picking operations.Thedifference between laying angles and the stubble height,and the total loss rate of laying and other performance indicators all meet the requirements and provide new equipment for solving the problem of rapeseed cutting and laying in hilly paddy fields.
