摘要
石油化工产品的质量风险管理贯穿着原辅材料质量验收、生产过程控制、产品出厂质量把关、产品销售服务的全过程,应用失效模式和影响分析(FMEA)的科学方法和工具,对产品实现的全过程进行质量风险识别和管控,从而降低产品的质量风险,规避产品质量缺陷的发生,确保石化产品合格好用。
The quality risk management of petrochemical products runs through the whole process of raw and auxiliary material quality acceptance,production process control,product quality control,product sales and service.The scientific methods and tools of failure mode and effect analysis(FMEA)are applied to realize the realization of products.Quality risk identification and control are carried out in the whole process,so as to reduce the quality risk of products,avoid the occurrence of product quality defects,and ensure that petrochemical products are qualified and easy to use.
