摘要
基于企业创新视角,分析人口老龄化对经济高质量发展的影响,并利用分层线性模型进行实证检验。研究表明:区域层面企业创新水平的提高可以促进经济高质量发展,但人口老龄化会抑制企业创新对经济高质量发展的促进作用;人口老龄化与经济发展水平之间呈现微弱的U形关系,即经济发展水平随着人口老龄化程度的加深先降低后升高;人口老龄化斜率变化趋势会因地区经济发展初始水平的差异而有所不同。
From the perspective of enterprise innovation,this paper analyzes the impact of population aging on high-quality economic development,and uses hierarchical linear model to conduct an empirical test.The results show that the improvement of regional enterprise innovation level can promote the high-quality economic development level,but the aging of population will inhibit the promotion effect of enterprise innovation at the high-quality development level of economy.There is a weak U-shaped relationship between population aging and the level of high-quality economic development.That is,the level of high-quality economic development decreases first and then increases with the deepening degree of population aging.The trend of the slope of population aging will be different due to the difference of the initial levels of high-quality economic development in different regions.
