摘要
针对小型联合收割机实时喂入量受到行走速度、品种、含水率等因素影响难以精确获取的问题,设计了一套前端喂入量实时监测系统,并对该系统进行试验测试。系统采用压力传感器测量割台升降液压缸压力值,通过最小二乘法拟合喂入量与压力传感器信号,并获得最优函数,转换得到喂入量的数值;采用转速传感器测量割台滚筒、脱粒滚筒转速,结合喂入量参数剔除冲击干扰。分别采用台架试验和田间试验,分析不同喂入量工况时的测量误差。试验结果表明:小型联合收割机在台架试验设定喂入量为1.0、1.5、2.0kg/s工况时,测试喂入量平均误差分别为5%、2.6%、5%;田间试验设定喂入量为1.5kg/s,系统可有效剔除受地面不平整引起的无效喂入量,测试喂入量平均误差为3.5%。因此,设计的前端喂入量实时监测系统测试精度较高的优点,可为智能化、无人化收割机驾驶的喂入量实时监测提供技术参考。
Aiming at the problem that the real-time feed volume of small combine harvester is difficult to obtain accurately due to factors such as walking speed,variety,moisture content,etc.,a set of small harvester feed volume monitoring system is designed.Previous research results mainly used to measure the bottom surface pressure of the chain-type intermediate conveyor,the torque of the threshing drum and the power of the header conveyor to indirectly measure the feed volume.This series of measurement methods mainly have the disadvantages of large external influences and lagging measurement data.This paper designs a set of front-end feed real-time monitoring system.By collecting the hydraulic pressure signal of the header of a small harvester,the pressure sensor is used to measure the pressure of the header lifting hydraulic cylinder,and the feed volume and the pressure sensor signal are fitted by the least square method.And obtain the optimal function;use the speed sensor to measure the speed of the header drum and the threshing drum,and combine the feed quantity parameters to eliminate the impact interference;the characteristic of this system is that the essence of the feed quantity measurement is weighing,which solves the problems in previous studies.Factors such as walking speed,grass-to-grain ratio,moisture content,variety and other factors affect measurement accuracy.Test verification adopts bench test and field test to analyze the measurement error under different feeding conditions.The test results show that when the small combine harvester sets the feed rate of 1.0 kg/s,1.5 kg/s,and 2.0 kg/s in the bench test,the maximum error of the test feed rate is 5%,2.6%,5%;the field test set the feeding amount to 1.5 kg/s,the system can effectively eliminate the invalid feeding amount caused by uneven ground,and the average error of the test feeding amount is 3.5%.Therefore,the front-end feed volume real-time monitoring system designed in this paper has high test accuracy,which can provide a certain technical reference fo
