摘要
目的:观察透明帽辅助内镜下硬化治疗联合中医干预治疗出血性内痔的临床疗效。方法:80例出血性内痔患者,随机分为观察组与对照组,每组40例。两组均予以透明帽辅助内镜下硬化治疗,术后观察组予以中医干预(痔浴液坐浴及黄连润肌膏肛内换药),对照组予以高锰酸钾溶液坐浴及肛泰栓塞肛。结果:治疗后两组的便血、肛周疼痛、排便不畅及瘙痒的发生率明显降低,观察组瘙痒症状的改善较对照组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:透明帽辅助内镜下硬化治疗出血性内痔疗效确切,联合中医干预对于减少术后出血、疼痛等并发症的发生具有显著疗效,值得临床推广运用。
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of transparent cap assisted endoscopic sclerotherapy combined with traditional Chinese medicine intervention in the treatment of hemorrhagic internal hemorrhoids.Methods:80 patients with hemorrhagic internal hemorrhoids,randomly divided into for the observation group and the control group,40 cases in each group.Both groups were given transparent cap assisted endoscopic sclerotherapy,and the observation group was given TCM intervention(sitz bath with hemorrhoid hath liquid and Coptis moisturizing cream for Internal dressing)anorectal surgery after operation,the control group was given a sitz bath with potassium permanganate solution and anal Thai embolization.Results:The incidence of blood in the stool,perianal pain,poor defecation and itching in the two groups decreased significantly after treatment.The improvement of itching symptoms in the observation group was statistically significant compared with that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Clear cap-assisted endoscopic sclerotherapy for hemorrhagic internal hemorrhoids is effective,combined with TCM intervention has significant curative effect on reducing postoperative bleeding,pain and other complications,and is worthy of clinical application.
