摘要
结合压缩机设计参数以及实际运行工况,对往复活塞式压缩机进行了缩小气缸、增大余隙、减小回路、优化操作等综合节能改造,实现了节能降耗,并取得了良好的经济效益。
The comprehensive energy saving reformation on reciprocating piston compressor was carried out by narrowing the size of the cylinder,enlarging the clearance,shortening the circuit,and optimizing the process with referen of compressor design parameters and practical operation data,and good economic profit was gained.
