摘要
近年来,通过“截污纳管、护岸建设、清淤疏浚、绿化提升”等各项河道综合整治和景观提升工程,小清河河道面貌一新,丰富了城市景观,提升了城市品味,得到了市民群众的广泛认可。为深入贯彻习近平生态文明思想和系统治水重要论述,落实黄河流域生态保护和高质量发展战略,抢抓黄河流域生态保护和高质量发展机遇,破解城区河道多头管理、交叉养护等问题,经过积极研究和探索,济南市小清河城区段采取河道水域、道路保洁及绿化管养综合一体化养护,全方位保洁和常态化巡护同步开展,经过一年的顺利实施,小清河流域水环境、水生态、水景观显著提升。
In recent years,through the actions of"sewage interception,embankment protection,dredging and cleaning,afforestation promotion"and other river comprehensive renovation and landscape improvement,Xiaoqing River changed significantly into a brand new river,which enhances the urban landscape and the style of the city.Therefore,Xiaoqing River has been widely popularized by the public.In order to thoroughly implement President Xi Jinping's instructions on ecological civilization and systematic water improvement,as well to implement the strategy of ecological protection and high-quality development of the Yellow River Basin,the Service Division of Xiaoqing River captures the opportunities to solve the problems of multi-level management and cross-sector administration.Through the research and exploration,the actions are adopted comprehensive,such as integration maintenance of river waters,road cleaning and green management,and comprehensive cleaning and regular patrol at the same time.After the smooth implementation in one year,the water environment,water ecology and water landscape of Xiaoqing River basin have been significantly improved.
