摘要
在原油开采工程中,需要使用到LWD随钻仪器,并且其使用范围不断在扩大。但在油田开发过程中,受到井底高温和高频振动的影响,导致LWD随钻仪器很容易出现故障,严重影响其稳定性。本文在对相应故障及原因进行分析的基础上,论述提高LWD随钻仪器稳定性的技术手段,确保该仪器能够在复杂环境中长时间运行,为油层的高效开发提供技术支持。
In crude oil production engineering,LWD instrument needs to be used,and its application range is expanding.However,in the process of oilfield development,LWD instrument is prone to failure due to the influence of bottom hole high temperature and high-frequency vibration,which seriously affects its stability.Therefore,based on the analysis of the corresponding faults and causes,this paper discusses the technical means to improve the stability of LWD instrument,so as to ensure that the instrument can operate for a long time in complex environment and provide technical support for the efficient development of oil reservoir.
