摘要
为了解决密闭热室存在放射性介质带来的监控设备维修难的问题,设计了一种操作简便、维修更换快捷的云台装置。首先提出云台装置的设计方案,利用SolidWorks对云台上、中、下3个部分进行设计,并对其结构及运动进行分析计算;然后运用ADAMS对设计完成的云台装置上下摆动运动进行仿真分析,得出丝杆位移、摄像机镜头上下摆动的角速度和角加速度随时间变化曲线;最后进行设备测试,测试结果表明装置满足设计要求。
In order to solve the difficult problem of monitoring equipment maintenance caused by the existence of radioactive medium in closed hot chamber,a head holder device with simple operation and quick maintenance and replacement is designed.Firstly,the design scheme of the head holder device is put forward,SolidWorks is used to design the upper,middle and lower parts of the head holder,and analyze and calculate its structure and motion.Then,ADAMS is used to simulate and analyze the up-and-down motion of the pylon after the design is completed,and the curves of screw displacement,angular velocity and angular acceleration of camera lens up-and-down swing with time are obtained.Finally,the test results show that the device meets the design requirements.
